Save-A-Pet Program Donation - Paperless / Credit Card I would like to be a participant in the Humane Society of Central Illinois Save-A-Pet Program. To help pay for veterinary care and for the care and feeding of animals waiting to be adopted, I would like to contribute. The Save-A-Pet Program Donation is recurring, you decide the monthly amount, and for how many months. For example, if you donate $20 per month, for 12 months, that works out to $240 for a year. If you have never used PayPal before, no problem!  Just follow the steps below and we will walk you through the entire process. Making a Save-A-Pet Donation using PayPal is fast, free and secure!  (PayPal accepts Master Card, Visa, and others.)

If you would prefer not to use PayPal, please call our office at (309)451-1000 and pay with your credit card over the phone.

Enter the amount you would like to donate monthly into the first box below, typical amounts are $10, $15, $20, $25, or any amount you like. Then, enter or change the number of months in the second box, and click the PayPal button to display the PayPal webpage.  (If you receive a Security Alert message, click the OK button to proceed.)

2.	If you are not a registered PayPal user, click the "If you do not currently have a PayPal Account Click here" link, complete the "Sign up for a PayPal account today!" section, and click the Continue button,
	- OR -
	If you are a registered PayPal user, enter your Email Address and PayPal Password in the appropriate boxes and click the Submit to Secure Server button.

3.	Review the Payment Details to make sure they are correct.

4.	Verify the Shipping Information to make sure the Ship to address is the place you receive your credit card bills.

5.	Click the Pay button to process payment and wait until the "You have successfully signed up" window displays.

6.	Click the Access Your Subscription button or link to return to this webpage and complete the remaining steps. (If you receive a Security Alert message, click the Yes button to proceed.)
