Save-A-Pet Program
HSCI offers the Save-A-Pet Program as a way to provide on-going financial support for pet care. This
program is a type of sponsorship directed at the medical care and daily expenses (food, litter, etc)
associated with our pets' stay at HSCI while they wait for a home. Donations typically are made on a
monthly basis. The Save-A-Pet Program provides HSCI an important source of stable income so we can
continue to serve community needs.
By participating in our Save-A-Pet Program, you will be providing an opportunity for a pet to have a
second chance.
To participate, just print this page and return the form below or sign-up for automatic deductions
through our paperless donation page. You choose the amount to contribute. It truly makes a
difference in the lives of the pets affected.

| Paperless / Credit Card | Enter the amount that you would like to contribute monthly, enter the number of months, and complete payment through PayPal. After completing payment you will be returned to the Save-A-Pet Program Donation webpage to complete a very brief form. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. |
| Paper / Check / US Mail | Print the Save-A-Pet Program Donation form / webpage, complete the form, and mail the completed form along with your check, to the HSCI. |
| Save-A-Pet Program participants through the "Paper / Check / US Mail" method will receive reminder coupon books for the calendar year. The pets whom you have helped and whose lives you have saved thank you very much! |
