Setting 800 x 600 Screen Resolution
The following procedure can be used to set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 if you are using
Windows XP. The procedure varies if you are using an older version of Windows, or a special graphics
card. The procedure for setting the screen resolution is different for MAC users.
Note: This procedure is provided as a general outline of a typical procedure for changing screen
resolution, however, HSCI does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of this procedure.

| 1. | Select the Start button on the Windows taskbar. | |
| 2. | Select Control Panel. | |
| 3. | Double-click on the Display icon to display the Display Properties window. | |
| 4. | Select the Settings tab. | |
| 5. | Set the Screen resolution setting to 800 by 600 pixels if the setting is available. | |
| 6. | Set the Color quality setting to a value greater than 256 Colors if a higher setting is available. | |
| 7. | Select the Apply button. | |
| 8. | If prompted to keep this setting, select the Yes button. | |
| 9. | Select the OK button on the Display Properties window. | |
| 10. | Close the Control Panel window. | |
| 11. | Relocate any icons on the Windows desktop that may have been shifted by the settings change. | |
| Note: You may be prompted to reboot your computer in order for the new settings to take effect. | ||
