Memorial Donations
There are two ways to make a Memorial Donation using the Humane Society of Central Illinois website.
HSCI Pets

Paperless / Credit Card Select the PayPal button, enter the amount you wish to donate for the memorial, and your credit card information. You will then be returned to the Memorial Donations webpage to enter the memorial information. Select another button and that's it! (PayPal accepts Master Card, Visa, and others.)

Paper / Check / US Mail Print the Memorial Donations form / webpage, complete the form, and mail the completed form along with your check, to the HSCI.
