Membership Application

HSCI relies solely on donations, fundraising, and memberships to fulfill our mission. We receive no federal, state, or local government funding. Your membership is vital, it provides for the adoption of about 1,000 animals per year, a spay/neuter program that addresses the very heart of pet overpopulation, an active education program that teaches respect and compassion for all living creatures, and abuse and neglect investigation. Membership is yearly. Members receive the quarterly HSCI Newsletter if desired. Memberships of $100 or more are recognized in the newsletter. Thank you for your support!
