Come out to our Bake Sale at Ace Hardware at 204 E. College Ave, in Normal, on Saturday, February 11 from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Pick up some sweets for your sweetie! Many delicious baked goods to choose from. All proceeds go to HSCI. Our Valentine Raffle prizes will be drawn at 2:00 pm. The winners do not need to be present and will be notified by phone or mail.
On Thursday, March 1, HSCI will hold its first major fundraiser of the year - and we need your help! "Mardi Paws" will be from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. At the Holiday Inn across from the Central Illinois Regional Airport, Empire Street, Bloomington. The Happy Hour" event will raise awareness about the mission of the Humane Society of Central Illinois, will raise money for the Pet Adoption Center, and will be a fun way to unwind at the end of a day. There will be a Pet Vaccination and Microchip Clinic on Sunday, February 19, from 12:00 - 2:00 pm at PetCo, at 1700 East College Avenue in Normal. No appointment needed. (first come - first serve). Services for cats and dogs only. Rabies - $20, Distemper - $25, and Microchip - $30 (includes registration). Cash or check only (no debit/credit cards). All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier. Net proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Central Illinois.
Thank you for the generous outpouring of support from everyone who donated to our Supply Drive from November 2 - December 30. This helped us restock many badly needed items. There are several items that we are still in need of. Any help would be appreciated.

A grant in the amount of $891.00 was awarded to the Humane Society of Central Illinois by the Pedigree Foundation in December 2011. Their generosity will help us in our mission to find loving, forever homes of abused and unwanted pets. The Pedigree Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to helping dogs in need find loving homes.
