Busey Bank - Cause For Paws / Dog Wash - June 2008
Busey Bank held its eighth annual Cause For Paws on June 21, benefiting the Humane Society of Central Illinois. Radio remotes with WJBC, WBWN, and WBNQ helped spread the word about the dog wash and nail trims, and the donation items needed for the shelter. There was a downpour interrupting the fun for about 10 minutes, but the sun eventually came out.
Many thanks to Busey Bank, Radio Bloomington, HSCI staff and volunteers, and everyone who stopped by for the dog wash, nail trim, donations, or just to see what was going on! We appreciate all of the support!
