Barking Lot, Scratching Post - April 2005 On a Saturday in April, at the McDonald's locations at 2507 Oakland Avenue in Bloomington and 1607 N. Main in Normal, McDonald's partnered with HSCI to help find lovin' homes for sheltered animals. The event coincided with McDonald's Happy Meal promotion of THE DOG or THE CAT plush animals. The famous Ronald McDonald was there too!
