Busey Bank - Cause For Paws / Dog Wash - June 2003
The Busey Bank adopted HSCI again as one of their charities. Busey collected items for our Pet Adoption Center at their bank locations during June. Then, on Saturday June 28, Busey hosted "Cause For Paws" and a Dog Wash at their Empire / Fairway location, in the south parking lot.
Busey Bank also hosted radio stations WJBC, B104, and WBNQ, along with having snacks and door prize drawings. We brought out some of our pets to show off. As a bonus this year, the first dog wash of the season occurred in their employee parking lot.

2003's event had showers off and on.
Busey's inside lobby was home to HSCI cats, kittens, and a rabbit for a few hours. As you can see they were quite a popular attraction.
