Donations - Paper / Check / US Mail If you would like to make a donation to the Humane Society of Central Illinois for a specific program such as Save-A-Pet or Spay / Neuter your money will go into the fund specified. If not, donations go into the general fund and are used where needed most. This form is also used for payment of HSCI Event Registrations. Your gift, tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, can help the Humane Society of Central Illinois in its efforts to prevent animal abuse and neglect through the programs we offer.
